Interview: Lil Lush

by | Mar 18, 2021 | New Artist Interviews, New in Hip Hop

Artist Name: Lil Lush

New Song/Release Title: Suicide – Lil Lush (Ciggy Black Remake / Remix)

Tell us something about you:
I’m a very diverse artist. I make any and everything. I started off on the emo rap side of things, but I’ve been pushing harder and harder into other genres. I’ve been working on drill music lately

I’m from Nebraska, so basically middle of nowhere. There’s basically no music scene here other than some other small time rappers

I’ve been through a lot in my life. My mother left me at a young age. My dad was a single parent doing his best. I grew up and realized I didn’t really fit in socially. So I stuck to the fringes. All the girls I dated seemed to leave after awhile. So I was left with two things: pain, and music. So I put them together…

Who would you most like to collaborate with?
There’s a ton of artists. Until his passing I was really excited to try and be able to work with Juice Wrld. My taste changes a lot, but right now I’d have to say probably Drake or Lil Uzi Vert

Let’s have a listen to the new Lil Lush track:
