Interview: LIL DEMON

by | Mar 4, 2021 | New Artist Interviews, New in Hip Hop

Artist Name: LIL DEMON

New Song/Release Title: x_X

Tell us something about you:
LOST. I have no idea who I am or what I am creating. WE LIVE ON A FLOATING ROCK IN A VACUUM OF NOTHINGNESS. I don't even know why I'm here. Humans love to put labels on everything because it helps them feel comfortable understanding things like that. As a artist, as a person, I understand that I know nothing. Life isn't a simple thing, its distorted and misleading. Like my music maybe.

I'm from Florida, specifically Tampa. We got a lot of passion here, a lot of pain. People here are always striving to become bigger, get the better thing. I guess its kind of materialistic here but its probably because most of us don't have any spiritual / emotional peace or worth so we replace it with money, weed, clubbing, sex and gucci belts lol

I never really had friends when I went to school. I had a few girlfriends I thought I was in love with. I guess I was considered “emo” because I struggled with depression, anxiety, even identity issues. As time goes on and I grow older, I'm still struggling with relationships and feeling lost as if I'm living without a purpose. I was in love with the version of her that showed up in my dreams… I may still love her now but I respect myself more. I no longer wish to beg people to love me. I show the world my raw true self in my music and whether they hate me for it, or love me for it is on them.

Who would you most like to collaborate with?
JUICE WRLD, XXXTENTACION, LIL PEEP are my top 3 but some realistic ones would be Skele, Lil Tracy, Glaive, & Funeral

Let’s have a listen to the new LIL DEMON track:
