Artist Name: almost
Latest Release: maybe

“We are seniors in high school coming into our own. We are learning so much about ourselves at this point in our lives, and we express our emotions in the music we make. Whether it be with relationships with other people, or just realizing how the world works, there is a lot going on in our minds that we want to share with other people.”

Tell us all about this new track of yours!
We think some of the best music ever was made from the 2000's to the early 2010's in R&B and pop music. Their melodies were so complete and catchy, and we feel there is a lack of that these days. We want to bring back these types of household songs where everyone knows the chorus and melodies to the songs. Our music is different because we don't try and sound like anybody else. Everybody these days sounds exactly like someone else and says the same things as someone else. We are true to ourselves an don't pretend to be people we are not.

Who would you most like to collaborate with?
Justin Bieber

Where are you from and what is the music scene like?
We are from Ann Arbor Michigan and the music scene is very diverse in our city. There are a lot of different social classes in the city so we are able to hear music from all different types of people. Being connected with these people also grows our music knowledge and experience. It is cool to see people from a struggling household put their all into their music, while seeing kids who are also well off with the same passion.

How have your life experiences influenced your music?
My life experiences have had a heavy influence over my music because throughout my life I have experienced many highs and lows. Drugs held me back for a long time and once I finally went to rehab I was able to get over my addictions. Since then I've been able to really pursue music which is my true passion in my life. I also feel I've met so many different types of people that have given me different perspectives on life, which has helped grow my music taste.

Can you give us a sample of almost music?
