DJ-SLT-UK creates melodies that are catchy and music that’s original with a slight tendency to cross over genres. Based in Coffs Harbour, Australia, founder/producer Simon Chappell aka DJ-SLT-UK has been crafting his talents in mixing and melody making from a young age of 7 and only recently has decided to let the world hear his music thats not based on the “whats In” trends but more so about the feeling of the music created.

Where are you from and what is the music scene like?
Born & raised in the United Kingdom but now resides in Coffs Harbour – Australia the music scene locally exists just otherwise its weekend trips too Sydney for the decent club life…However we party hard in our local area and spend more time recording nowadays

Brand New Heavies/Dr.Dre/Tim Maclean/Taylor Swift/Will.I.Am
How have your life experiences influenced your music?
Indeed the daily grind and hussle in this ever changing world has become very hard and when you lose friends and loved ones too illness or accidents then the despair and feeling of sorrow is often a key element to create music with some emotion naturally embedded in the mix of a song but also strongly believe in using Juxta Positioning in music where possible so sometimes the songs subtle changes often happen without the ears realizing it.
